1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account only. Multiple accounts per individual — whether created using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or household members' details — constitute a breach of these Terms. kaya888 will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate any funds or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kaya888 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

kaya888 applies KYC verification procedures consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to provide a copy of your NRIC/MyKad, proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting funds from another player to facilitate deposits, is strictly prohibited.

Deposits are credited to your kaya888 account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing exchange rate for cryptocurrency transactions. kaya888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available once your account has passed KYC verification. kaya888 processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days for verified accounts; e-wallet withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost are typically completed within a few hours during business hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Method

Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. If the original method is unavailable, kaya888's finance team will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require additional review.

5.4 Pending Bonus Conditions

If you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, you may not withdraw your bonus balance or any winnings derived from that bonus until the wagering requirement is met. Real-money funds deposited independently of any bonus remain withdrawable at any time, subject to verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• The account is associated with money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• KYC documentation is not provided within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require it.

Upon termination for cause, kaya888 may withhold funds pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, verified real-money balances will be returned via the original payment method within 14 business days.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days, and any verified balance will be returned to you.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error has occurred in relation to a game outcome, transaction, or account action, you must raise a dispute with kaya888's customer support team within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

kaya888 will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days. During the investigation period, the relevant funds may be held pending outcome. kaya888's decision, once communicated in writing, is final unless you escalate to the relevant independent dispute resolution body under your applicable jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to kaya888's operating jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings must be initiated in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

kaya888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kaya888 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the kaya888 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
